Giant Star Leaves Mark at Hollywood's Chinese Theater

Nicholas-Hoult-Bryan-Singer

Hollywood greats such as John Wayne, Clint Eastwood, Elisabeth Taylor, George Lucas, Steven Spielberg, Frank Sinatra, Morgan Freeman, and many more have had their hands and feet immortalized in cement at the Grauman’s Chinese Theater, but those aren’t the biggest star to leave their footprint at the Hollywood landmark  - literally.

On Thursday, February 28th, one of the stars of the new 3D action adventure JACK THE GIANT SLAYER left his giant footprint at the famed courtyard of the Chinese Theater in Hollywood. JACK THE GIANT SLAYER director Bryan Singer and star Nicholas Hoult were on hand to unveil the giant footprint along with emcee Rikki Martinez of Power 106. Of course the huge foot isn't permanent, but a stunt for the movie.

JACK THE GIANT SLAYER director and star told CIneMovie’s Sue Evelyn Gil that it would be a dream come true to leave their own mark next to Hollywood’s biggest names. Nicholas Hoult admitted he became a tourist, admiring a piece of Hollywood history before the event took place.

We also put the star and director of the upcoming X-Men movie on the spot asking them whether what they say about giants with big feet is true.  It seems to two were a little embarrassed by the question.  Watch their reactions in the video below.

JACK THE GIANT SLAYER is now playing.
