Many were speculating that Zack Snyder and Warner Bros. would make a few casting announcements at the live promotion for home release of Man of Steel. Rumors included having found their NightHawk with Girls co-star Adam Driver as Batman's caped crusader sidekick. Other news circulating was the casting for a leading lady rumored to be Wonder Woman. The ladies in question are Gal Gadot of Fast and Furious 6, Elodi Yung (GI Joe: Retaliation), Olga Kurylenko (Oblivion, Quantum of Solace) and Jaimie Alexander of Thor. Other Justice League characters such as Flash have been mentioned as also being part of the DC Comics gathering of Batman vs. Superman.
However, no minds were laid to rest with no announcements made during the live event moderated by director Kevin Smith nor was there an official title mentioned except for some display of artwork. Director Zack Snyder, Amy Adams and via satellite Superman Henry Cavill srteamed in from London to took questions from online users about Man of Steel, which arrives on Blu-ray and DVD on November 12, 2013.
