Golden Globe Nominations 2014 - Diversity Abounds

Congratulations to Oscar Isaac, Sofia Vergara, director Alfonso Cuaron, Chiwetel Enjiofor, Idris Elba, Kerry Washington and 12 Years A Slave director Steve McQueen for their nominations and bringing some color to this year's race.  12 Years A Slave and American Hustle were the most nominated films this year along with Gravity starring Golden Globe nominee Sandra Bullock and directed by Mexican filmmaker Alfonso Cuaron.

 

In television, there were quite a few snubs for Mad Men, Game of Thrones and Homeland who were shut out.  Take a look at the complete breakdown of Golden Globe nominations below.  The award show airs Sunday, January 12, 2014 at 5pm (PST) on NBC.
