PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: PROJECT X (“Sweepstakes”) begins on or about February 15, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on February 28, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
