Marvel is dropping a new What If...? episode daily on Disney+, and the latest episode 5 features Captain Carter once again. Carter will headline a total of four new episodes this season on Disney+. The episode guide reveals where Captain Carter will end up by Episode 9 finale, What If… Strange Supreme Intervened?.
Many of the original MCU actors return to voice their animated characters. Hayley Atwell continues her character's journey once again after her debut as Captain Carter in season one. This season, Benedict Cumberbatch, resumes his Strange Supreme villain while Avenger's Chris Hemsworth, Jeremy Renner and Mark Ruffalo makes cameos. Other MCU actors reprising their roles include Kat Dennings, Jude Law, Sam Rockwell, Michael Douglas, Jon Favreau in a BIG way, Cate Blanchett, Taika Waititi, Kurt Russell, Jeff Goldblum and Seth Green as Howard the Duck.
The second season of the Disney+ series is shaping up to be the Captain Carter party with four episodes under her shield. Does this signal something bigger for the alternate Captain America?
